About the Role Our Asset Management team is expanding — and we’re excited to welcome a new Repairs Advisor to help us deliver outstanding service to our customers! This is more than just a job, it’s a chance to be at the heart of delivering exceptional customer service and making a real impact in people’s lives. As a Repairs Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for repair enquiries, using your diagnostic skills to ensure issues are resolved swiftly and effectively. You’ll liaise with contractors, monitor progress, process invoices, and help ensure our homes are safe, comfortable, and well-maintained. Working in a hybrid model from our Edinburgh or Glasgow offices, you’ll be part of a high-performing team that values collaboration, continuous improvement, and putting customers first.
