Waking Night Home Support Worker (Permanent) Location: Varis Court, Leask Road, Forres, IV36 1RA Working Hours: 33.25 hours per week Remuneration: £23,500 Starting Salary (salary during 6-month probation period), £24,250 Salary (upon completion of successful probation) Closing Date: Sunday 28th September 2025 at 23:59pm About Hanover Hanover has been successfully housing and supporting people in Scotland for over 40 years. Our core purpose is to help people feel safe and secure at home so they can live full and independent lives. About the Role Do you have a passion for caring? Would you like to become a part of our Care at Home service team where you will have the opportunity to make a difference to people's lives? If so, we would love to hear from you! Our care at home service is development-based and provides enhanced support to vulnerable adults who live in their own homes with varying needs. This includes physical disability, learning disabilities and older adults who are supported to live as independently as they are able through individual housing support plans. The role of Waking night Home Support Worker involves working on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, which will include some weekends and public holidays, between the hours of 9.45pm- 7.15am. This rota is a rolling rota to support a work life balance. You will be working as part of a team to ensure that services are delivered flexibly, innovatively and in a dignified, safe and stimulating way.
