Development Manager – Part Time Location: Langlands Court, Wellington Street, Hawick, TD9 7DZ Working Hours: 18 hours 45 Minutes per week Remuneration: £13,720annum + Pension & Benefits £14,411 per annum (Upon Completion of successful probation) Closing Date: Wednesday 17th December 2025 @ 23.59pm About Hanover Hanover has been successfully housing and supporting people in Scotland for over 40 years. About the Role The Development Manager position is both a rewarding and challenging role that helps residents live independently within a safe and caring environment and involves working 18.45 hours per week, Wednesday to Friday on a permanent basis. As the face of Hanover, you will be committed to exceeding our customer’s expectations by providing a high-quality service to our customers through efficient management of our Langlands Court development in Hawick. This role would suit a friendly and professional individual with the ability to deal with a wide range of people; from the care team that you work alongside, residents and their families to contractors, local community groups and other agencies.
