Working Hours:   35 hours per week

Remuneration:    £26,027 Starting Salary (salary during 6-month probation period)

                            £27,328 Salary (upon completion of successful probation)

About the Role

We are looking for a full-time Organisational Development (OD) Administrator to join our friendly and proactive People team. In this role, you will report to the Senior OD Partner and support the delivery of our Business Plan and People Strategy.

Possessing strong digital skills, the OD Administrator co-ordinates our HR, OD and learning systems to support data gathering, analysis and reporting as well as identifying people trends. This role is a great opportunity to work as part of a dynamic team who are passionate about continuous people, cultural and organisational development.

We are looking for someone with a ‘can do’ attitude who appreciates the role of systems and processes in driving forward a great employee experience.

About You 

The successful candidate will:

  • Hold relevant professional experience as well as a proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Have an awareness of the people lifecycle and the board principles of employee engagement.
  • Ideally, have an understanding of the issues facing the housing and care sector.
  • Be able to adapt and engage with a diverse range of teams across a fast-paced organisation, always role-modelling our behaviours and values.
  • Be able to process, handle and interpret complex information and translate this into presentable date and trends for our team.
