About the Role We are looking for a full-time Organisational Development (OD) Administrator to join our friendly and proactive People team. In this role, you will report to the Senior OD Partner and support the delivery of our Business Plan and People Strategy. Possessing strong digital skills, the OD Administrator co-ordinates our HR, OD and learning systems to support data gathering, analysis and reporting as well as identifying people trends. This role is a great opportunity to work as part of a dynamic team who are passionate about continuous people, cultural and organisational development.
