Would you like to become a part of our Housing with Care service where you will have the opportunity to make a difference to people's lives? If so, we would love to hear from you! Our Housing with Care development at Linkwood View, Elgin provides enhanced care provision to support adults with varying needs including those with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, older adults, and adults at risk. Support is provided within resident’s own homes to enable them to live as independently as they can, with responsive services adapted to individual care and support plans. In this Team Leader role, you shall provide efficient and effective support to your manager, supporting them to ensure the smooth running of a housing with care service which includes managing care packages and landlord responsibilities. You will contribute to supporting, developing, and supervising a care team whilst ensuring that efficient records are maintained. As a Team Leader you will plan and implement a robust rota system, ensuring that the service is sufficiently covered, and that medication is handled in accordance with standard operating procedure. Resident reviews will be well-organised and take place in line with regulatory standards with the full input of relevant professionals and family members. Together with other managerial responsibilities you will be fostering an environment based on respect and confidentiality where residents’ independence and choice are promoted. About You
